All prices include VAT. Payment accepted via bank transfer; we issue a tax invoice (세금계산서) for Korean business clients.
What Affects Your Quote
Travel distance. On-site visits within Busan metropolitan area are included in base rates. Visits to Gyeonggi, Daegu, or Ulsan add ₩35,000 per hour of driving time from our Jung-gu office.
Miner count. Selection consultations scale with positions assessed. A single-rig apartment setup pays the base rate; a 16-position farm pays base plus twelve additional positions.
Urgency. Standard turnaround is five business days for reports. Rush delivery within 48 hours adds 40% to the consultation fee.
Hardware shipping. Longevity testing requires insured courier delivery to our lab. We provide packing guidelines; shipping costs are yours unless we arrange collection at cost.

No Hidden Fees
We do not charge subscription fees, monthly retainers, or per-TH/s licensing. Each engagement is a fixed-scope project with a defined deliverable.
Refund Information
Consultation deposits and cancellation terms are detailed on our Refund Policy. Summary: full refund if you cancel more than 48 hours before a scheduled session; deposits are non-refundable within 48 hours of the appointment.
