Refund Policy

Overview

This policy applies to paid consultation services booked through Desktop Ashcore Mining Review Co., Ltd. Informational content on our website is provided at no charge and is not subject to refunds.

Consultation Deposits

PSU-Matched Miner Selection and On-Site Power Audit bookings require a 50% deposit to confirm the appointment. Hardware Longevity Report engagements require full payment before testing begins.

Full Refund Eligibility

You receive a full refund of amounts paid when:

• You cancel more than 48 hours before a scheduled consultation or on-site visit
• We cancel the appointment due to staff unavailability and cannot offer a suitable alternative date within 14 days
• A longevity test cannot begin because hardware arrived damaged in transit and no replacement is available

Partial Refund Eligibility

• Cancellation within 48 hours of appointment: Deposit is non-refundable. You may reschedule once within 30 days without additional deposit.
• Longevity test cancelled after testing begins: If you request early termination after day 3 of a 14-day test, you receive a 40% refund. Testing completed through day 7 receives no refund.
• On-site audit cut short by client: If you end an audit before our standard scope is complete, the fee is reduced proportionally to work not performed.

Non-Refundable Items

• Rush delivery surcharges (40% expedite fee) once report production has begun
• Travel fees for on-site visits where our technician has already departed for your location
• Return shipping costs for hardware sent to our lab
• Consultation time already delivered, including follow-up calls included in your engagement

Refund Process

1. Email info@desktop-ashcore.click with your booking reference and reason for the refund request.
2. We confirm eligibility within 3 business days.
3. Approved refunds are processed via the original payment method within 10 business days.
4. Bank transfer refunds to Korean accounts typically arrive within 3 additional business days.

Rescheduling

One free reschedule is permitted per booking when requested more than 48 hours before the appointment. Additional reschedules incur a ₩30,000 administrative fee. Rescheduling within 48 hours is treated as cancellation (deposit forfeited) with option to book a new appointment at full rate.

No-Shows

If you do not arrive for a scheduled lab consultation or are unavailable for a confirmed on-site visit without prior notice, the deposit is forfeited. We wait 30 minutes past the scheduled time before marking a no-show.

Work Already Started

For report-based services, once the analysis phase begins (after your session is complete), the engagement is non-refundable. We notify you by email when analysis starts.

Purchased Materials

We do not sell hardware or materials. This section does not apply. If we procure shipping materials on your behalf for hardware return, those costs are non-refundable once purchased.

Disputes

If you disagree with a refund decision, contact us at info@desktop-ashcore.click with supporting documentation. Unresolved disputes are handled under the governing law provisions in our Terms of Service.
