Why Operators Request This
Bulk orders from overseas suppliers often arrive with batch variations in PSU quality. Before committing to twenty units, operators send us one sample for extended testing.
Testing Protocol
We run your miner-PSU pair continuously for 14 days at rated hash rate. Daily logs capture:
- Hash rate variance percentage
- PSU efficiency at the wall
- Fan RPM drift and bearing noise onset
- Capacitor bulge inspection at day 7 and day 14
- Reboot count and error log analysis
Report Contents
A pass/fail recommendation for bulk purchase, with specific serial number ranges to accept or reject if batch inconsistencies appear.
Turnaround
Testing begins within three business days of hardware receipt. Your unit is returned via insured courier unless you authorize disposal of failed components.
