Our deliverables include written reports, bench test results, and on-site audit documentation. We do not sell mining hardware, operate mining pools, or provide remote farm management.

3. Consultation Engagement

Service scope, fees, and deliverables are defined at the time of booking. Verbal estimates provided before formal engagement are non-binding. A confirmed appointment constitutes acceptance of the quoted fee and scope.

4. Intellectual Property

All reports, diagrams, photographs, and test data we produce remain our intellectual property. Clients receive a non-exclusive license to use deliverables for their own operational decisions. Redistribution, resale, or publication of our reports without written permission is prohibited.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate information about their electrical installations, hardware inventory, and operational constraints. Misrepresentation of site conditions may void report recommendations. Clients are responsible for implementing any remediation at their own cost and with qualified electricians.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our assessments are advisory. We do not guarantee specific hash rate outcomes, hardware longevity, or regulatory compliance for your jurisdiction. Our liability is limited to the fee paid for the specific engagement giving rise to a claim. We are not liable for indirect damages including lost mining revenue, hardware damage from delayed implementation, or business interruption.

7. Disclaimer

Mining hardware operation involves electrical, financial, and regulatory risks. Our reports reflect conditions observed at the time of assessment. Voltage patterns, hardware batches, and firmware versions change. Clients should re-evaluate when making significant operational changes.

8. Website Use

You may not use our website to transmit malicious code, scrape content for commercial republication, or impersonate our staff. We reserve the right to restrict access for abusive behavior.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Busan, South Korea.
